Nop. Not at All, at least in this novel. Remember that she comes from a feudal age. In a past not so far away (like 50 to 80 years ago) such thing was common everywere. Elena is in that mind frame. Besides elena is by far more mature than any girl of the same age in our times. Lastly, our DT is really nice guy, he himself is folowing the laws of his country at the bare minium at least, and the interés of mutual trust and care make things quite nice. So thy hace my ok. I see by far worse things In many “normal” relalionships.
In the real life it was like that in the feudal time even in japan so yea is nt that wear in the story biside he says he will wait until she is 16 or 18.
